First step :
Analyze the property
Discuss the changes to create the proper« Coup de Cœur ».
List of things to do before the second step ( Decloging, packing items in boxes etc.)
Establishing the priorities and the budget.
Second step :
This is the subcontracting part for various works such as, cleaning, painting, retouching, floor covering etc. These recommended changes can be done by the owner or by my handy man.
Third step:
Repositioning the furniture
Highlighting the selling assets of the property.
Organizing and installing some accessories to create an inviting and warm environment.
Consultation
Analyze the property room by room.
Discuss all the improvements that can be brought to the property with the owner.
Submit to the client a detailed list of all my recommendations that he would have to achieve himself.
Relooking
It’s the « Prêt à porter » of decoration.
